Delete your Nibbi account

Nibbi is operated by Iurii Shpynev. You can delete your Nibbi account and request deletion of the data connected to it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Nibbi and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

The account is deleted immediately after confirmation. You will be signed out and cannot recover the account.

Request deletion without access to the app

If you cannot access Nibbi, email privacy@nibbi.app from the email address linked to your Nibbi account. Use the subject line “Nibbi account deletion request”. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Data deleted with your account

Deleting an account removes or permanently deletes:

• your account profile, email address, account identifier, and sign-in linkage;
• your profile and feed preferences, including likes, passes, and saved dishes;
• your submitted dish content, including its photos, details, and associated place information; and
• access tokens associated with your account.

What may be retained and for how long

• Deleted user content can remain in encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days.
• Security and server logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
• Aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics may be retained for up to 14 months.
• We may retain limited information longer when necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud and abuse.
